Introduction

Registration

In order to use Ekklessent Church Management, you will need to register your user account and church. The registration page can be found at https://ecm.ekklessent.com/auth/register. Once you navigate to that page, you will see this form.

By choosing to register, you are agreeing to both our Privacy Policy and our Terms & Conditions. Once you register, you will be sent an email with instructions to activate your account, so make sure you use a valid email that you can access.

Log In

Once you have created an account, you will be able to log in at https://ecm.ekklessent.com/auth/login, which will look like the image below.

Just enter in your email address and password and log in. If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the Forgot Password link to reset it.

User Menu

In the upper, right hand side of your screen, you will see your name. By clicking on it, you will have access to the user menu.

From there, you can do the following things:

• Profile - From here you can change your name and email address.
• Password - Reset your password.
• Support - Send an email to Ekklessent support.
• Logout - Log out from Ekklessent Church Management. Recommended when you are finished with the application for the moment.

Basic Layout

This is the basic layout of the Ekklessent Church Management application.

1. User Menu - See Above
2. Main Menu - This is where you will select the main functions/areas of the application.
3. Action Area - Once you choose an action from the Action Bar, your options will appear here.
4. Action Bar - This is where you will choose what action you want to perform.
5. Content Area - This is where the content, usually the result of your action, will appear.

Support

If you ever have a problem, or a suggestion, you can email us at any time. Just choose the support option from the User Menu.

Add a brief description in the subject line and a more detailed and specific description of the problem or suggestion in the request section. Then, just click on the green check button. We will get back to you as soon as possible, usually with 24 hours.

System Requirements

Ekklessent Church Management has been designed to work with modern browsers on your desktop or laptop, your tablet, or your mobile device. If you use an older browser, the items on the screen may not appear correctly and the functionality of the site may be hindered. We also require cookies and javascript to be enabled. If these are not enabled the application will not function.
